He was extremely busy with a constant stream of customers, the phone was ringing and yet he remained calm and allowed each customer his time and attention. Aside this he managed to diagnose the fault with my computer and fix it! He is a very knowledgeable chap and an asset to Ulric... keep hold of him.

I felt I had to drop you a line and say what excellent service you provided for us earlier in the week. We were in a bit of a 'bind' as our usual supplier had let us down and we desperately needed toner for our Dell Laser Printer. We telephoned you after 4pm on Wednesday and you were very helpful, called back promptly and we received the toner at 10am the next morning. I would definately recommend you to any other business, friends or family and will certainly now include you in our list of reliable suppliers.

In common with most people in business computers are like cars - we can  drive them but when they go wrong we are stuck in a country lane in the rain in  the middle of the night. Ulric have always come to our rescue quickly and sorted  things out. They have looked at our business needs, supplied us with the  appropriate hardware and set it up and maintained it to our requirements. What  more can I say? If you have a good supplier stick with them.
