Sam has always been extremely supportive from when I first bought a laptop for my daughter three years ago. Because of this I have purchased two more computers and have relied on Sam's knowledge for updates and for sorting out my computer when a 'friend' tried to install wireless. He has managed to come down to my level and provided written instructions after showing me, and watching me trying to do a process in the shop. Always has a smile and honest about the cost. You have a 'Treasure' and I hope I can rely on his services in the future for me and my family.

Just a short message to say that as promised I have today received my new computer and had it duly installed by Gary.  I must say that I was very impressed with the calm and efficient way in which he went about his business and am glad to say that we are now up and running. I got my previous machine from your Long Stratton shop. When you moved I transfered to your Attleborough shop and I must say that the two guys I have had contact with created a very good image of your company, that is Sam at your Attleborough shop, friendly with good chat and advice and Gary who is clearly at the top of his game.

I was recommended Ulric computers by a friend of mine, and  so I booked Gary to come out last week to retrieve and transfer data from the hard drive on my very old dead PC to my nice new shiny one!   Which he did successfully and I have not lost any data, which was very important to me.

He gave me your email address and asked if I would offer feedback on his visit.   He was punctual, polite and explained the processes clearly in a helpful manner, despite some of my rather silly questions!

I felt I had to drop you a line and say what excellent service you provided for us earlier in the week. We were in a bit of a 'bind' as our usual supplier had let us down and we desperately needed toner for our Dell Laser Printer. We telephoned you after 4pm on Wednesday and you were very helpful, called back promptly and we received the toner at 10am the next morning. In common with most people in business computers are like cars - we can  drive them but when they go wrong we are stuck in a country lane in the rain in  the middle of the night. Ulric have always come to our rescue quickly and sorted  things out.
